These terms explain how One Orbit Funding works with you when you use our website or ask us to help with business funding or card payment solutions. Please read them before you send us an enquiry. By using our website or our service you agree to them.
One Orbit Funding is an independent business funding introducer. We aim to introduce businesses seeking finance to appropriate third-party finance providers. We also introduce businesses to third-party card payment providers.
Who we work with. For business funding we work only with UK limited companies, PLCs and LLPs. We do not provide consumer credit, and we do not introduce individuals, sole traders or partnerships for business funding. Our business funding introduction activities are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Card payment solutions are available to all UK businesses, including sole traders and partnerships.
When you send us an enquiry, we will contact you to understand what your business needs. With your agreement, your application may be shared with suitable funding or payment providers so they can consider it.
Soft credit searches do not affect your credit score. A provider may carry out its own checks, including a full credit search, before making a decision; it will tell you about this under its own terms.
You agree that the information you give us and any provider is true, complete and up to date, and that you are authorised to act for the business you are enquiring about.
We do not charge you a fee for introducing you to a provider unless we have agreed it with you in writing first. We may receive a commission or fee from a finance or payment provider if your funding or service goes ahead. You can ask us about this at any time by emailing info@oneorbitfunding.uk.
Any finance agreement or card payment service is between your business and the provider, under the provider’s own terms and conditions. The provider is responsible for its products, decisions, fees and service. Card payment services are provided by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.
The information on our website is general information about the types of funding and card payment solutions available. It is not advice and may not suit your business. Rates, terms and availability are set by providers and can change.
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
The content, design and branding on this website belong to One Orbit Funding or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We take reasonable care when providing our service. We are not responsible for decisions made by providers, for the terms they offer, or for any loss that results from information you give us being incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

If your complaint is about a finance or payment provider’s product or decision, we will tell you how to raise it with that provider directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
